Whether you’re looking to improve balance after a fall or safely get back into exercise, these sessions are friendly, practical, and designed for real people no gym experience needed. 

Monday Club Exercise Week-1

As part of Exercise Right Week, The Monday Club is hosting two free community sessions designed to help people over 50 move better, feel stronger and stay confident in everyday life.

Join us for Steady & Strong After a Fall, a session focused on rebuilding balance, strength and confidence after a fall, or Getting Started with Strength After 50, designed for people wanting to safely return to exercise and improve everyday movement.
Spots are very limited for each session to ensure everyone receives personal guidance and support, so we recommend booking early.


Both sessions include:

✓ Simple exercises you can do at home
✓ Free coffee, morning tea and pastries
✓ A relaxed and welcoming environment
